Instructions on how to access the event will be delivered to your email inbox no later than 3 hours in advance of the start of the show. The LiveFrom SecureStream code and instructions will be sent to the email address used to purchase the ticket.
Please Note: while we send emails out in advance, please remember that depending upon which email provider hosts your email (e.g. yahoo, gmail) the delivery times for the email may vary, and you should check your inboxes including promotions/clutter/spam/junk.
If you still do not receive your unique access code within 3 hours of the show and you have checked all your inboxes, please reach out again with your order number and we'd be more than happy to help you locate your access code.
No Audio / No Sound
Please hover your mouse over the player or tap on the player if you're on a mobile device. You will see the audio controls on the bottom left. Many browsers mute auto-play video by default.
We officially support viewing livestreams/rebroadcasts via a browser on your desktop or laptop computer. Fans can also enjoy the stream on their mobile device by visiting the website.
Most devices that support screen mirroring / casting can be used as long as you can enter your LiveFrom SecureStream code into the player on the supported device.
Due to the many devices on the market with different mirroring standards, we are unable to provide technical support. Please visit your device manufactures website for more details.
Unstable Quality / Buffering
The player is designed to adjust the video quality based on the speed of your current internet connection.
You can adjust the settings of the player so that it is fixed and not automatic. Please hover over the bottom right of the player and choose a quality that works for your internet speed.
Please note it may require you to refresh your page to get better results. You can also adjust volume by hovering over the bottom left of the player
